Why did I change to Cell C? Biggest mistake!!

I completed the application for a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1 last week. I was told by the sales consultant it would be delivered at the latest next Friday (today).
Wednesday I phoned again and was told it would be delivered by Friday (today).
Today I phoned and was told only on Monday. When I spoke to the original sales consultant, Prudence she was so rude, I was shocked! She kept on talking over me to the point where I had to ask her to stop interurrupting me. In so many words, she told me I was lying when I said she said it would be delivered today.
I then phoned the Cell C head office and was put through to the CO's PA - the rudest young man who was no help at all!
I then phoned the offices in Sandhurst and spoke to Mandla, who promised to phone me back. I'm still waiting.
In the end, I was promised my tablet today and I'm not getting it today because someone at Cell C forgot to log the order (as explained by Prudence's supervisor) and now I'm the only one affected by this. Whoever forgot to log my tablet isn't affected.
Cell C's current ads are focused on how much better their customer service is... what a joke! Now I'm stuck with a 24 month contract, to my utter horror.
