Contract minutes lost - Cell C

I logged a call with Cell C on 01/03/2013, #3030100252, when I discovered that my minutes were not rolled over when I asked to move to a lower package on my month to month contract because I was paying for and losing minutes on the higher package.
After struggling to get the call centre agent, Nokwena, to log a call until I insisted that I speak to her supervisor, a call was logged. I received a call later and was informed that they would have to pull the recordings to ascertain if I was in fact ADVISED that the decision to move to a lower package would mean that I would forfeit over 5 hours of talk time. Last week 11-15 March, I tried without success to contact Cell C. Today, I get an e-mail (not a phone call as promised) and it says "Kindly be advised that the request for the migration was done to a Postpaid Straight Up 400 and was to start in the 01/03/2013 and the new subscription kicked in and the other minutes were forfeited."
I contacted Cell C to ask them to produce this recording where I was ADVISED of this and only to be advised that another call will be logged for my compliant. What do I have to do to get Cell C to take responsibility and address this?
