Don't use Vodacom Brooklyn

I have gone to Vodacom Brooklyn to renew my contract. Firstly I went to find out what deals they have on the Galaxy S4 on topup, they said no can't help me. I went to MTN can give me a much better deal and paying in my cancellation fee i will still save almost 1500 over 2 years. MTN told me must cancel my account and move it to prepaid at Vodacom. Went back to the shop where a lady that was very unfriendly and unhelpful gave me a number to phone myself to find out the cancellation amount, also stated she can't help me. After holding for 15min I gave up and went back to the shop. Someone else helped me and stated must wait till the 6th for new Vodacom deals on the Galaxy S4. Went back on the 6th with NO NEW DEAL. After that someone else helped me get the quote and said must email it to her, very helpful. She phoned me today and said they only gave her my papers today after 3 days.

The service at this branch is shocking to say the least. The heater is set so high its uncomfortable. They did not ONCE try to keep me with Vodacom, instead encourage me with their bad attitude and lack of service to move to MTN. You always have to wait long. Only a few are friendly and helpful.
