Extremely, Appalling network!

Since the day I have ported my MTN pay as you go number to a contract with Cell C on my Samsung Galaxy, I have had no signal, no network or mobile data connectivity, although it shows I am "connected" I still cannot use the internet, am not able to check my e-mail or go to any social sites. At times am also not able to receive phone calls, it goes directly to my voicemail. I also get message saying I am not on the network??? This has been going on for more than 2 weeks now and still am experiencing the same network problem. I was also told to reboot my phone when I experience network connectivity, to take my battery out and restart my phone, I cannot keep doing this as this is not what I have signed up for! I however did lodge a personal complaint with them yesterday morning re the issues I have been having with them and was informed that someone would get in contact with me in the next 24-48 hours, I am not holding my breath. I will suggest that should someone consider going with Cell C, they should think twice! I know not all the networks are perfect but Cell C is the worst service provider by far!! I have never had such problems with MTN.
