No help till Today

I am writing this again and again but no one is responding with the help I need. Mtn is billing me for the bis and was to b free I disconnected my debit order bcause they where always taking more from my acc and its n't up to date today. People from mtn are reply to help look in my acc but still today am having the same problem. Please I need people who will help me to resolve this query... I did email kagiso but he didn't reply to my emal
