Good Day, I am both lodging my own concern as well as including a previous concern i found on Hello Peter where the details of their complaint are identical to mine. Today i received an email notification of a debit order for R129.99 going of my FNB account. Upon dialing 0861135791, there was no agents to speak to, only a dead end line. I have emailed [Email Removed] and am awaiting a response.

I AM SO FURIOUS RIGHT NOW WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DEBIT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR NOTHING... AS TO WHERE AND HOW THE GOT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER I DONT KNOW. THEY DEBITED R129.99 FROM MY ACCOUNT... THIS IS AND NEEDS TO BE STOPED AND THE PEOPLE INVOLVED MUST GO TO JAIL.NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO THE PAPERS REGARDING THIS.THE BANK GAVE ME THEIR NUMBERS AND THEY KEEP ON HANGING UP THE LINE BEFORE I COULD EVEN GREET OR THEM GREETING.WHAT IS THIS?
