I called into FNB loans department to ask them to change my debit order to the 1st day of every month instead of 28th day of every month. The call centre agent i spoke to gave me her email address and said i have to send a payslip showing that i get paid at the end of the month so that they can change it. I emailed her 3 times and she still did not respond. I forwarded my complaint to [Email Removed] and they said they forwarded my query to the loans department. Up until today i still did not hear from them nor did they change my dates. I was told by the call centre agent she will change it to the 1st day starting May 2013, i am still waiting for feedback!! Everything i have is with FNB from car to homeloan and yet they still cannot provide me with good service but when it comes to taking my money then they are ready for action. I am so fedup that i am being treated this way. I demand feedback ASAP!!! I WANT MY DEBIT ORDER FOR MY LOAN TO GO OFF ON THE 1st of EVERY MONTH the same like my other debits.

And please reply with an email DO NOT PHONE ME because i want this all in writing.
