BAD SERVICE SINCE TAKE-OVER FROM MYISP

So disappointed and having a terrible experience with VoxDataPro! They took over from an Internet Service Provider with the name of MyISP (unfortunately, as MyISP offered excellent service and reacted immediately to any request I had). Since VoxDataPro took over from MyISP I had to restart my modem at least 3 times a day! Then there was almost no internet from 11pm till the next morning.

Then: I did contact them and didn't get any reply. They changed the billing date and I had to pay penalties at my bank (R103 per transaction!) for every debit order that didn't go through and this happened on numerous occasions, the only reply I did get (the only one ever since!) was that they will rectify it. But they did this again and I told them that they do indeed now owe me money, as they made the mistake of putting the debit order through at the wrong date and because of this, other debit orders was declined and I was fined for that as well! Terrible!

I did send them another email as to ask them what is going on?? Why didn't they close my account and why do they still deduct money?? I've changed to another service provider and I've been extremely happy with them these past 3months.
