When I called to ask what is happening with my upgrade (which has been outstanding for over a week) I get given very bad attitude and as if I am not even a customer. I find it very amusing that when Nashua mobile is attracting customers the best attitude is portrayed, however when nashua mobile has "got me" under contract and I have ordered an upgrade I get treated as if i am lower than the person to whom I am speaking to. This is very dissappointing, I did not get the name of the lady. This is very poor service Nashua mobile, i am paying you for a service and this is what I get in return. I will be leaving when my contract is up, including my other contracts which I have with you.
