I have 2 contracts. One with nashua mobile and one with vodacom. My nashua mobile contract were upgraded from top up 100 to top up 200 without any problem. When I went to vodacon to upgrade to a even lower paying contract with vodacom I was declined. Its totally unacceptable. Im planning to cancell my contract at vodacom and open another line at nashua mobile.
