Unwillingness to assist after a problem occured

I bought a refurbished Playstation 3 120gb last year june at CNA east rand mall. The ps3 started to give problems after 2 months. I took it back to CNA and after about three weeks they replaced the unit with another refurbished unit. The new refurbished unit then also caused problems after two months. I took it back once again and one of their technical staff promptly helped me and understood after I explained the situation. He then replaced the refurbished unit and all its accompanying components for a NEW ps3 160 gb unit of the same value. This unit then started giving problems in the beginning of 2013. I took it back and the staff at CNA sent it back to Sony or partserve. After three weeks they replaced it with the wrong size unit. I then spoke to the manager and explained my situation and asked if it would be possible to replace the ps3 with something in the shop of the same value. She then continued with a smug smile on her face that she cannot help me in this regard and that I needed to speak to someone in their technical division.
I just feel that after the third time of a ps3 failing on me, it is unfair on their side not to make a compromise to help me out.
