MTN technical division lost my battery and charge

I booked in my 10 month old blackberry together with the charger at MTN Cape Gate Centre on the 26th of March for repairs. I was told that the turn around time is 5 to 10 working days and that I would have my phone back by then. 2 Weeks later I went to them to enquire about my phone, the consultant said she would follow up as they have not received anything back. On Monday the 15th of April, I was contacted by MTN Cape Gate to collect my phone as they received it. However, the battery and charger was not in the box, only the phone. The front desk consultant immediately followed by phone call and was told by the technical team that she needs to sent an e-mail. She told me she would contact me once she received a response. On Wednesday the 17th of April I went back to MTN to enquire what was going on and was told that she have not received a response from the technical team. She then e-mailed them again. Today, the 18th of April I received a message from her that she still has not received feedback regarding the whereabouts of my charger or battery. This is now nearly 4 weeks and I am still without a phone! This is affecting my business and is absolutely unacceptable!
