On the 15th July 2013 I went into a contract with Vodacom regarding the Blackberry Q5 on a smart S contrat - which included a Blackberry Q5 charger and cover. The very same advert published on TV as well as in Huisgenoot/You magazine. I received the phone, but not the charger nor the cover. I have phoned their Customer Care dept last week Friday - as well as today again and NOBODY can help me. They are sending me from pillar to post. Made promises last week Friday that I will recive it within 5 working days - which did not materialised at all.
