I haven't been receiving any statements from VODACOM for more than a year. Every month I phone to ask them to send the statements to me by email. And every month I get the same story, namely that they will escalate the issue and that somebody will contact me. After more than a year I'm still waiting for the resolve and/or feedback from anybody. All I'm getting is attitude from the call centre, who refuses to let me speak to somebody who may help me.
