Deleting sim's without proper notification

Well, in Dec'12 we changed banks they told me to go to a Vodacom shop to change my details it was to must hustle, I decided to pay manually. Huge mistake! March Vodacom stopped mailing statements. I paid the amount Vodacom used to deducted on debit order. It never changed. I requested statements nothing was received! Last month for the 1 time Vodacom called, there is R600 overdue after I paid R1900. They suspended my service I undertook to try to pay on the 15th otherwise month end. I could not pay the 15th. On the 26th I got a sms, they suspended my services! I was on leave at the time so I thought I can sort it when I get back on the 5th. Just to find out they deleted all my sim cards (4) after I paid. I never got an overdue letter or was I called again. Now I must buy new sim cards, on reconnection I must pay R285 1 month in advance or I must cancel these contracts and pay the balance in 6 - 12 months. Where is the statements I requested yesterday? Now they say I was R900 and not R600 overdue where does these amounts come from? I did PAID just short, I'm not receiving statements? Aren't they suppose to let you know they will be deleting the sim's.
