My name is Cobus du Plessis. I am a longstanding client of Vodacom (more than 10 years) with three contracts. Over the last six months I have had to phone every month at month-end to ask the client service department to send me my statements for that month.
They the current statements. However, the next month I have to go through the same ritual again of having to phone, explain and ask.
I have had the complaints escalated to the technical department, in liaison with the customer care supervisors, but after six months this complaint is not sorted out. I am now reverting to Hello Peter.
