For 3 weeks now we have either NO internet connection, or very little.
Today we had a little more and as a day trader, I lost $1000 just now as a result of your basically NON-EXISTENT internet connection!! I finally got logged on via my Vodacom contract which we started this week. It is INSANE that Cell C can portray themselves as a service provider when all they deliver is NO SERVICE. We have sent a letter to Cell C THREE weeks ago to complain. We called last week again.
NOTHING has been done and I do not truly believe that Cell C is capable of offering a reliable internet service.
We have THREE contracts with Cell C - WHAT A WASTE!!!
