Unable to redeem vouche

I went to MTN Brooklyn to upgrade. I wanted the white I-Pad 64gig. Everything was processed and going fine until they told me they dont have stock a week later. I was then told to go to Menlyn I-Store to collect one there. I had to redo the application, but was not told that the I-store was not part of the same franchise as MTN Brooklyn and that my R750.00 accessory voucher would not be honoured. Had they told me this i would not have proceeded with the upgrade at the I-store. I really feel de-frauded and want MTN Brooklyn to honour my voucher due to their misinformation. When i spoke to the manager at the Brooklyn store her attitude was simply "tough luck". No effort was made to see if she could make an exception due to their incompetence to follow up with their clients and to inform their clients of all the facts. Surely they should look and see that i have been a loyal MTN client for more than 10 years with the same number, or does loyalty not mean anything anymore??? How can they not know that they don't have stock???
