NO SERVICE 4 MONTHS AND FULLY PAID

Ve been using cell c speed stick with prepaid data bundle for two years or more. It worked perfectly well for more than a year. I bought a new bundle on the 10 of january 2013 for R1299.00, it worked for about a week after that then stopped working. I am still in the same location as always was. it connects to the internet with full signal but when you attempt to open an internet page it fails. i upgraded the software tried a different stick but nothing. i went back to the brooklyn cell c store and was made to fill out a form. At the beginning of march a technician from cell c came out to my office to try and resolve the probleM. He was unable to do so and said equipment from overseas was needed to upgrade the tower in pretoria central. He stopped contacting me and it took me nearly a month to track him down. he than said i should get a refund from cell c store in brooklyn mall because he has no solution. They said they dont reFund vouchers and i must wait for the finance manager. im still waiting and dont know what to do . i have no internet and feel completely robbed and mistreated. please help
