Utterly incompetent, worthless service!! STAY AWAY

Firstly, I tried to phone autopage on the number they have on all their websites, which is completely out of service, telling me it's outside of business hours at 13:30 in the afternoon. After a strenuous struggle, eventually got through on the land line number. Told the consultant that I urgently needed to enable international dialing on my phone, to which I was told to fill in a form, and email it back to them, and it would be activated immediately if I phoned again to confirm sending the email.

An hour later, after receiving the notification that they had received my email, I phone them again, just to be met by utter incompetence! Suddenly I had to email them again, to a personal email address (which was impossible, as I did not have access to internet anymore), and was informed that it's now procedure to need to mail them again!! The women refuses to help me, even though the fault is on their side, as I was misinformed by autopage! No compromise, and another 30 mins on the phone, no help, nothing! They simply cannot comprehend how customer service works, if you up, you fix it!

I would recommend this service provider to absolutely no one, ever! Useless "Customer Service"
