What a cheek! When Autopage sent me notification that I was to pay to have my a/c's posted to me I objected. They did give me a free email option but I declined for 2 reasons. 1. My email is not reliable. 2. I need hard copies for SARS. No response Now that Postnet is on strike, I don't get post. Not Autopage's fault but I phoned them and they refused to email me my detailed a/c's (will only email me the first 2 pages) which I am paying R 21.00 p/m for. Surely some in Autopage has the authourity to do this, realising the strike, without me having to do the administrative paperwork to convert to email! "Customer service? " They are obliged to sent me an account! Why must I pay R 8.33 a month VAT for them to send it to me!! I can't charge my customers a bill for posting them their a/c's - I will loose their business. Then to add insult to injury, I spent hours on the phone to attempt to rectify this. I spoke to about 5 different people without resolve. My last conversation ended with someone from Autopage saying I will be contacted after escalating it again. I then received an sms to advise problem is resolved! Without an a/c Autopage is defaulting and I will cancel
