Good Day

My Mom in Law has a Cellphone account with Autopage, she went in to the store to Find out when is her phone due for upgrade because she actually wants to stop the account.

There was an indian man at the counter don't remember his name, he said she can stop the account in January but he said he will phone her and just let her know.

Nobody phoned her back, and i personally send emails to a email account found on the internet for customer service, i receive a email back that they will contact me in 24 hours after each email, but stil until today nobody phoned me back or my mom in law, so i dont know how they respond to customers. And the sad news is that i send 3 emails already.

If this is how they sort out problems then i wonder how many customers do they have left. We actually told them in the last email that we will be going to the bank to stop the debit order, but simply nobody is responding.
