Have not received my refund for over three months

I returned my Galaxy Tab 10.1 within 10 days of taking delivery in November 2012. MTN continues to deduct premiums every month for something I no longer have. I have lodged numerous complaints and I have to call and follow up everyday. THIS IS RIDICILOUS. I WANT MY MONEY REFUND TODAY OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!
