We have a business contract with Autopage for 4 phones, all blackberry's. All do internet on their phones except for me. I do not do email or google on my phone at all, not even facebook but I dod do bbm and watsapp. All of sudden on arriving back from holiday on 22 Jan I got a phonecall that my phone bill was R5256.00. I was shocked but they told me I had subscribed to an internet site and done downlaods. I have never done this but they insist. Then they sent and email saying to stop it I must phone 0841942222. On phoning this and quoting my cel number I was told that I had subscribed to some site in Spain called Print media or which the subscription is R70.00 per day and they send mobile content. I have never subscribed to this. The website address is [URL Removed] On 28th Jan Autopage credit services again phoned me and said the bill was R14000. It had n't been stopped even after I phoned. I do not know what to do. According to the Autopage bill the problems started occuring on 28/12/13 when I started getting charged for supposedly dialling a number 31923GW27675. Autopage will not supply proof of the acceptance of this subscription unless we sign an indemnity.
