Email doesn't work??

Hello Cheranty!

I filed a report a few weeks ago. You phoned me and gave me your email address, so that i could email you as soon as i gave my phone in again at the autopage near me. I went and gave it in, but when i got home and tried to email you, the email address didn't work. I tried several times. Can you please email me, and let me know what is going on with my phone, did you send a courier to pick it up? What is happening?? You said you were going to send a motivation letter to Nokia. Please let me know via my email address what is going on.
