Hello

I have called the call center on the 28/02/2013 to cancel my 5GB internet account. When i received my account in March, i see that the 5GB internet account was not cancelled and i was billed for the internet account for April 2013. I tried to call the call center however everytime after waiting in the que, someone picks up the call and the call get cut off.

I don't want the 5GB internet account, please refund the March and April subscription as I have cancelled this service before the end of Feburary 2013.
