Got a bill after cancelling my line

So after calling Telkom to cancel my line on the 26th February 2013 and being assured that it will be cancelled on the 26th March 2013. On the 26th March 2013 our line went dead and the internet was down. Which we figured was the line being cancelled.

Then yesterday (10 April 2013) I get a bill for April 2013 - so how is it that my line is cancelled, but I am still paying?? What am I paying for???

You people must sort this out, I refuse to pay for a line which I have cancelled, and have been assured that it has been cancelled, and also been called by your agents to confirm cancellation!!!

SORT IT OUT NOW!! I WILL NOT PAY!!!
