I cancelled my internet line with Telkom during the month of September and was told my last debit would be in October which went off on the 08/11/2013 my account has been debited today and I cannot understand why because my internet connection was stopped in October.
This is the second time I have received pathetic customer service from Telkom because in October I had to make a complaint as well after having to call in to their call center over 3 times trying to cancel my line. That debit must be reversed immediately how can I pay for something I did not even have!!!
