I have previously logged a complaint and did get a respons from MTN Mt. Edgecombe, the lady responded by saying that she will try to get to the bottom of my dilemma, after having not heard fom her for over a month yet again I took the initiative and called the number she had given me to correspond with her and when I asked for her I was told that there was nobody by that name that worked @ MTN, I mean WHAT THE!!! then again a lady took my details for the hundreth time and said she wil sort it out and SURPRISE SURPRISE I have not heard from them. I am receiving sms from MTN collection agencies but no response on them sorting out my problem. What do I have to do in order to arrive at a solution. The pathetic customer service I have been receiving is really terrible and the fact that I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years should account for something.
