POOR SERVICE BREACH OF THE (CPA)

The manager in question is Callie Jacobs and his been of no use all he does is make empty promises I went to the store to do a cancellation of a contract for a phone I haven't take delivery of and they also promised to refund my money and this hasn't been done since the manager called me assuring me that things will be taken care of once again this was just a way of lieing to get his hands clean this is the 2nd report I'm logging because of this and if nothing gets done I'm afraid I will have to escalate this and let it become know that this store does not abide to the consumer protection act I'm furious that its taken them 2 weeks to help simply poor customer service and I'm hope the store owners would do something about this becuase how many other people are being robbed of there money by a service provider me suppose to trust.
