Purchased a tv stand and paid cash, they confirmed they have stock of the item and promised delivery within 3 days. It's now been more then 3 weeks and still no delivery.
I've spent hours on the phone with them, no one can answer why it hasn't been delivered.
The regional manager approved that the item be delivered from stock from another store, but the branch manager (Nic) responsible for getting it done is not attending to it.
They clearly do not care for their customers, no feedback, poor service, empty promises.
Just another instance showing that companies who want payment upfront give the worst service.
