I purchased a headboard at Rochester on the 2nd November 2013 which I had seen at the store, I was advised by the store salesman Frans Malema that delivery would take place on the 4th. To my surprise a week later the item had not been delivered, I visited the store to enquire numerous times after the frustrations of been sent from pillar to post and unfulfilled promises I decided to cancel the sale and requested a refund. I was advised by the store manager Justin Lowery that it would take 5 business working days to get my money, I waited for the 5 days period and went to the store on the 20th and was told by Justin the process is actually 7 days. He promised he would send me proof of payment for my refund later that afternoon. It is the 22nd today and I haven't received this proof.
Can someone please help me get my money back, this is really frustrating!!! I will never buy anything from this store for peace of mind
