USELESS SERVICE AND POOR MANAGMENT

I applied for a contract in december 2012 have not taken delivery of the phone yet I have been billed I've been to the store and handed them my cancellation letter along with a copy of my I'd between the staff and there Manger Callie Jacobs I don't know who is more incompetent I request that the cancellation gets done and my money refunded this is a infringement of the (CPA) consumer protection act and its again the law they debited my account for a cellphone I haven't taken delivery of simply workmanship and worst service one could ever receive this is just rubish and I need action taken immediately or I wud take this further with the law...
