Once again MTN has failed to send me my invoices and statements. It is really so incredibly frustrating. Not only is it month end, but for many comapnies it is year end and thanks to MTN and the complete lack of service and regard for paying customers, my processes are delayed.
For some reason every 3 - 4 months MTN just "forgets" to send me my account... I have had it... I moved from Vodacom to MTN in the hopes of better service, turns out there is no service standard at all.
I am almost certain that MTN is in breach of the contract with me and I have every right to insitute CPA action, I am sick of constantly having to fight and argue with the accounts department.. MTN is the biggest joke...
