I have two accounts that were taken to MBD attorneys. I started paying the accounts.

My problem is the lack of communication from MBD, they don't send me statements after months requesting statements no response to e-mails and promises from agents. Since June 2013 I have been asking the same thing.

I'm planning to that this to the DEBTORS OMBUDSMAN if I don't get assistance from MBD.

They need to send their clients monthly statements or customers must be able to view their accounts online.
