Getting the run around!!!

I called 808 to enquire on my upgrade date, I got a date of June/July 2013 and eventually I went into the Morningside service centre in JHB and was told I could upgrade 1 April 2013. I asked to do so now as my handset is broken and the person told me to call 808 and ask for Retentions department. I called 808 and was told I need to speak to the business upgrades department, I got transferred and cutoff and called back and just held on until I googled and found 0119123000 and spoke to an agent in corporate (held on for 5mins after she took my cellphone number) who told me my upgrade date is 1 May 2013 and when I explained the run around I had and how this info is conflicting all I got is someone who didn't care much and that her supervisor wasn't in the office and there was nothing she could do to help. I have been with MTN since 1998 to 2005 and then from 2009 to date and I want to upgrade now!!!
