Autopage is the most frustrating service provider ever! Apart from the persistant issues I have had with them over the last few months, aparently now they cannot even email me last years invoices/statements for me to submit for my tax return. The invoices they are supposed to send me every month comes as they please, so some months I get it, other months I dont.
Over the past week and a half I have phoned in to the call centre - and only 1 out of every 5 consultants understands what it means when I say I want 2013 Tax Year Statements. But then there is constantly a system/IT issue and they are not capable of emailing it to me. That seems to be the excuse for every thing. How can it take them more then a week and a half to send me 6 missing statements from last year? And surely I am not the only customer they have asking for tax statements. Frustrated like crazy!
