Alterations made on my account without my concern

I have had a Data contract with Vodacom for the past 12months paying them R99 P/M for 1GIG per month, the contract was limited to 1Gig per month and if you reached that amount you cant get access or log on with your Vodacom Modem anymore. You have to wait for the following months 1Gig to log on again but this months Vodacom decided to remove the 1Gig limit to limitless as they say and send me a bill for R791.93.I called in to escalate my problem but as you know the service providers when it comes to their technical/system problems they told me that their technicians will investigate and come back to me. They never do anyway and i have to argue with the accounts department trying to explain the error was caused by their other department and i can only pay them what i agree to pay them every month which is R99, nothing more than that. I would appreciate it if they can find out who as they say removed the limit and that person should be responsible for the exceeded amount not myself. The reason why my contract was taken with a limit of 1Gig is affordability because i knew i could not afford to pay more and for the past 12months that limit was there and i never exceeded it.
