I still have not been given the 3 phone calls or an answer as to why my cancelation email has been ignored.
Vodacom do not care, instead what they have done is take me to ITC instead of actually giving me answers to questions and queries during negotiations.
This company has to me, ignored me and tarnished my credit reputation simply because they and IGNORE their clients and customers rights.
For every one reading this, i had sent my intent to cancel 4 times to this company (once in an email, and 3 times over phone calls)
They ruined my december holiday due to their GROSS NEGLIGENCE. They ruined my credit rating because of their GROSS NEGLIGENCE. I am now in debt because of their GROSS NGELIGENCE.
GROSS NEGLIGENCE = NOT REPLYING
So when a customer asks "Why does this email not count? " they reply "Pay up" or reply with "We can't find the email you supposedly sent to vodacom" is GROSS NEGLIGENCE
