JM Attorneys
Attempting collection of prescribed debt

To Whom it may concern,

RE: Reference ZAR_001220001_LN

You sent me an email on the 14th of December illegally demanding payment for an alleged debt that has prescribed.

I sent you the following email numerous times, which you decided to ignore:

===
"Thank you for your recent email and letter.

Please be aware that I do not acknowledge any debt to you under any circumstances.

This email hereby informs you that the alleged debt has already prescribed and that under The Prescription Act 68 of 1969, you are legally obliged to remove all illegal trace activity and any other entries on my credit file. Under the National Credit Act, you have a maximum of 20 business days to expunge all existing records on my credit files.

I expect to hear from you within this timeframe"
===

As you have failed to respond within the timeframe as legislated, I hereby give you on a public forum notice that I will, as a goodwill gesture, give you a further week to respond to my email with the above requirements as made provision in the quoted Act. Failure to do so will mean that at 9am on Friday the 25th of January you will be reported to the NCR of blatant and gross misconduct.
