UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE

Just want to express my disgust with Nashua. I have cancelled the same contract for 6 months only to be billed every month. The phone was off and not even in use for 3 months prior to the cancellation at last after several attempts being logged. So after the account was closed, i find out that i am listed on ITC for R 203.00
So after cancelling the contract for 3 months, at last getting Nashua to logg it, i still get billed and even better listed without a even a phone call. Disgusted and irrirated. Its only R 200 but what about the 4 months before that. It was confirmed at Randfontein shop the contract was cancelled, the call centre confirmed cancellation twice after this yet i still get debited and now have to pay a further R 203 to get my name cleared. I will never do business with you again and will tell everyone i speak to about this experience. Thank you for making my day
