Today the 10/06/2013 at 8:43AM, Kathlego Pule from Vodacom gave me a call to make a payment arrangement on my contract that I had cancelled sometime last year.
I have paid them on time every month according to our agreement and now she calls me to make another payment arrangement and begins to threaten me with lawyers. Please tell me how can you threaten a person with lawyers, when they have been paying their account every month without fail on time as per the agreed arrangement.
To top this off, the arrangement that I made, I didn't even have to do that as the reason my contract was cancelled was because of Game and Vodacom's incompetent staff opening my contract up on an open contract instead of the top up contract that I originally signed for!!!
Their customer service is absolutely disgusting and completely unethical, why don't they call the customers who are not paying their accounts and threaten them, but no they phone completely honest customers who are paying their accounts and threaten them. The way I feel now, I will reverse my agreement and I will pay my original contract amount of R299 per month.
