On January the 1st I ported my number from MTN to Cell C after studying the coverage of your network on your website and fond it to be very deceiving. Every few days in the Gauteng area when I dial numbers which I have been dialing for the past 2 decades from MTN the network with no problems and from your cell C network it says number not available on network.
On the 11th February 2013. I I experience the following problems for _ 3 hours while driving from Bela Bela to Marble Hall and Mokopani I only had cell C signal for about 5 minutes off witch I found very frustrating in that time I missed 10 phone calls 3 sms and 4 very urgent emails. I was with MTN from the time cell phones were introduced in South Africa and never ever experience this. I am totally unsatisfied with this service of cell C. I therefore would like to cancel my subscription with cell C at your coast and also reimburse me with lost of business and profits due to a very poor standard off your network infrastructure.
