I ordered a samsung galaxy note 10.1 on tuesday the 22 January 2012 and was told it was approved and would be delivered in 3days. On Friday I queried and was told that they awaiting confirmation and would call me on Monday. Monday i called again and got told the same story and got promised i would get a call back. Tuesday same story. Wat do they need to confirm?? Wednesday i spoke to Mary and she told me that it has been dispached but couldnt give me an order number. Today i get told that it still needs confirmation!!! and that if released it will be on back order because of lack of stock! This is ridiculous. Ive never had issues with vodacom, but this is driving me to cancel this order and not renew my other contract which is expiring next month. This is unaceptable and extremely poor service. I would rather go somewhere where customer service is taken seriously and consultants know what they are talking about. I did not want to complain here, but i feel that i have no other options because my patients has run out now.
