I have an existing TopUp contract with MTN, on the 31 January 2013 I decided to purchase 300MB data bundles through cellphone banking @ 09:56 I was billed R189.00 but still no data bundles were available on my phone, I tried again @ 11:55 this time around to purchase 1000MB of data for R289.00 again I was billed but still had no data bundles on my phone.
MTN please sort this out or otherwise I need a refund, I cannot pay for service that I do not get. I have a bank statement to support my complaint, this is disgusting as I cannot use my pone while you people just take money away from me with no service!!!
