Frustrated and inconvenienced

On Monday the 19th of August I decided to order a new MacBook Air and a iPad 4 32gig, everything went well with an amazing Sales Lady Sonja, kept me in the loop the entire time on Monday, eventually the lines were approved and a sales consultant called me to confirm the above order, shortly there after he contacted me again with the 1st problem - NO 32gig iPads, alternative was 16gig, oh sigh okay just give it seeing he said he's not sure when they will receive stock again, awesome! Expecting my order in 3 days - NOPE! After confirming with the sales guy about the Mac no delivery comes, call Sonja she informs me that there wasn't stock and it will arrive shortly, awesome thus I expected my son to take delivery on Monday 26, a week after the order, nope again no order, email Sonja, get told she will ask vodacom to release the order, so unfortunately my son follows up on ETA as he is unavailable Wednesday and on a day off Thursday and thus get informed that the delivery will be arranged for Friday 30th, 11 days after the initial order! This is ridiculous! If the order cannot be delivered by Wednesday 09:00 then cancel the order and I'll purchase it cash upon my return from Spain! SNR!
