We recently upgraded our contract and they migrated our contracts from a control chat to a straigh up contract. Me and my husbands nr's still had money from our control chat packages on our nr's when they migrated our nr's. After they migrate the contracts they took that money we had (about R400) away and loaded our nr's with minutes. The end of December 2013 we had to pay for the money they took away. Come end of Jan we have to pay for the minutes they loaded on the 3rd of Dec 2013 and for the minutes they loaded the 1st of Jan 2014. So please can you help me find out why I had to pay for something they took away and in my eyes I am paying double. They did not inform us that we will loose our money and still have to pay for something that they took away and have to pay for the minutes that they loaded.
