I upgraded my contract end of last year but there was an amount owing to be paid-I paid it but I was not given the minutes due to me which was blocked from my usage due to arrears.my phone was barred 4rm makin calls for 3months-dats lyk R600 airtime. My upgrade was done without my minutes being transferred to me-Ihave received my Tab3 in the interim but that also has no data loaded onto it. I have complained and queried but nothing-no feedback and no airtime either. I want my minutes I had to pay for and I want the data that I'm paying for on m Tab too. You can't jst demand money without giving me what's due to me. That is unfair!
