I recently upgraded to the straight up 400 contract which as per the ads all over offer 400 minutes, 400 smses and 1 GIG of data per month. On the 1st the minutes etc were loaded with only 400 mb of data!!! I called the call centre to log my complaint and received an sms. That was on the 1st and now it's the 5th and i have had no feedback at all. today i called the call centre, which takes a minimum of 20 minutes before you get helped, only to be told that it takes 48 hours!!! well it's more than 48 hours. I have had nothing but problems with this upgrade with Cell C and am appalled at the service!!!
