Interpretation of contract

After being billed double for my 2 MTN 200 contracts I decided to cancel both of my cellphone contracts. I only migrated one cellphone as I realised I would loose a lot of airtime on the other phone (informed by MTN about loosing all rand value/sms)
Could MTN please answer the following questions:
1) Where in my contract (point to reference number) does it inform me that I will forfeit all sms/airtime on the same day that I cancel my contract?
2) Where in my contract (point to reference number) does it inform me that if I cancel my contract after the 20th of a month I will have to pay a premium for the next month? Please not that I have already loose all sms/airtime already been allocated to me and on top of it MTN want me to pay for another month without receiving anything for it?
3) Please explain to me how after 49 days without any communication to me MTN retension department decided to migrate my other cellphone to prepaid? Did they not find it strange that one cellphone has already been migrated to prepaid? Also they migrate it after the 20th - again one more month money to be paid?
Could you please give 3 answers as I posed 3 questions? I really want my airtime/money back!
